Basque Burnt Cheese Cake for Mother’s Day
INGREDIENTS for 6inch cake:
Cream cheese 300g
Sugar 120g
Eggs 4
Whipping cream 150ml
Cake flour 12g
STEPS:
1. Beat the cream cheese with sugar until it turns to creamy texture
2. Add one egg at a time to mix well
3. Until all eggs are added, sieve in cake flour
4. Add whipping cream and mix well
5. Sieve the mixture and pour into the pan (remove the air bubble)
6. Bake it in a pre heated oven in 220C for 40 mins
7. After 30mins, rotate the pan to get more even baked surface
8. Cool down and put into the fridge for one night
9. Serve and enjoy 😉
